1. Aceptación de los Términos

Al acceder o utilizar Goki ERP ("Goki") en erp.softcori.com (el "Servicio"), operado por Softcori — Software de Costa Rica ("nosotros", "nos" o "nuestro"), usted acepta estar sujeto a estos Términos y Condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo con alguna parte de estos términos, no podrá utilizar el Servicio.

2. Descripción del Servicio

Goki es una aplicación web desarrollada por Softcori que proporciona herramientas de gestión empresarial para empresas costarricenses. El Servicio es accesible en erp.softcori.com y requiere autenticación mediante Google Sign-In.

3. Cuentas de Usuario

Para utilizar Goki, debe iniciar sesión con su cuenta de Google. Al iniciar sesión, nos autoriza a acceder a su dirección de correo electrónico, nombre y foto de perfil para la creación e identificación de su cuenta. Usted es responsable de:

• Mantener la seguridad de las credenciales de su cuenta de Google.
• Todas las actividades que ocurran bajo su cuenta.
• Notificarnos inmediatamente sobre cualquier uso no autorizado de su cuenta.

4. Uso Aceptable

Usted acepta utilizar el Servicio únicamente para fines legales y de acuerdo con estos Términos. Usted se compromete a no:

• Usar el Servicio de manera que viole las leyes o regulaciones aplicables.
• Intentar obtener acceso no autorizado a cualquier parte del Servicio.
• Interferir o interrumpir la integridad o el rendimiento del Servicio.
• Usar el Servicio para transmitir contenido dañino, ofensivo o ilegal.
• Intentar realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desensamblar cualquier parte del Servicio.

5. Propiedad Intelectual

El Servicio, incluyendo su diseño, código, funcionalidades y contenido, es propiedad de Softcori y está protegido por las leyes de propiedad intelectual. No podrá copiar, modificar, distribuir ni crear obras derivadas basadas en el Servicio sin nuestro consentimiento expreso por escrito.

6. Datos y Privacidad

Su uso del Servicio también se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad, disponible en https://www.softcori.com/privacy/. Al utilizar el Servicio, usted consiente la recopilación y el uso de su información como se describe en nuestra Política de Privacidad.

7. Disponibilidad del Servicio

Nos esforzamos por mantener Goki disponible en todo momento, pero no garantizamos acceso ininterrumpido. El Servicio puede no estar disponible temporalmente debido a mantenimiento, actualizaciones o circunstancias fuera de nuestro control. Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar, suspender o descontinuar el Servicio en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.

8. Limitación de Responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Softcori no será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial, consecuente o punitivo que surja de su uso o imposibilidad de uso del Servicio. El Servicio se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad" sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas.

9. Terminación

Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o terminar su acceso al Servicio a nuestra discreción, sin previo aviso, si consideramos que ha violado estos Términos o ha incurrido en una conducta que pueda perjudicar a Softcori o a otros usuarios. Tras la terminación, su derecho a usar el Servicio cesará inmediatamente.

10. Cambios a Estos Términos

Podemos actualizar estos Términos y Condiciones ocasionalmente. Los cambios serán publicados en esta página con una fecha de revisión actualizada. Su uso continuado del Servicio después de cualquier cambio constituye la aceptación de los nuevos términos.

11. Legislación Aplicable

Estos Términos y Condiciones se rigen e interpretan de acuerdo con las leyes de la República de Costa Rica. Cualquier disputa que surja de estos términos o del uso del Servicio estará sujeta a la jurisdicción de los tribunales de Costa Rica.

2. Description of Service

Goki is a web-based application developed by Softcori that provides business management tools for Costa Rican companies. The Service is accessible at erp.softcori.com and requires authentication via Google Sign-In.

3. User Accounts

To use Goki, you must sign in using your Google account. By signing in, you authorize us to access your email address, name, and profile picture for account creation and identification purposes. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use
